We want you to be satisfied with each and every Worsham Family Farm product that you purchase. If you’re ever unsatisfied we accept returns on new, unopened, unaltered items for 7 calendar days after receipt.

Damages and issues
We strive to ensure we never send a customer a product that we would never use ourselves. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All inquiries must be received within 48 hours of receipt of package, based on tracking information. Please contact us at info@worshamfamilyfarm.com with “Order Issue” as the subject so that we know it is urgent. Any inquiries past 48 hours will not be able to be honored.
Returns
Due to the nature of our handmade products returns are NOT accepted for any reason on used products. If you are unhappy with any full-size, unused products, you may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tamper-evident tags in place, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at info@worshamfamilyfarm.com or through your Customer Account. Please include an order number to make the process faster. Please remember we are unable to process returns older than 7 days or products that are used or opened. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the farm. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for return shipping.
Once your return has been authorized you can send your item(s) back to the provided address. Please DO NOT ship your items until we have authorized your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend adding tracking and insurance to your return as we can’t issue a refund if the shipping service loses your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our handmade products returns are NOT accepted for any reason on used products. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can’t be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on products. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the store credit received for the original item.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the return was approved or why it was denied. If approved, you’ll receive store credit either to your WFF Account (if you have one) or as a gift card. Store credit will be issued within 3 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not received your credit, please contact us.
